Chasing the Snake Instead of Healing

Chasing the Snake or Choosing to Heal

Most people, when bitten by a snake, would focus on healing themselves and warning others. But sometimes, instead of healing, we chase the snake — trying to prove why it bit us, or to convince others that we didn’t deserve it.

I found myself in that very situation. What began as a business disagreement soon spiraled into a cycle of disputes and courtrooms. Instead of collaboration, it became a battle to “prove a point.”

Agreements and Misunderstandings

I held a written, signed consignment agreement (see webpost). Yet over time, it was repeatedly misrepresented as something else. When more merchandise was requested, I asked for payment up front — especially since earlier invoices remained unsettled. The request was declined.

From my perspective, I was simply standing for fairness. A 70/30 split — leaving me only 30% — felt unreasonable. Even large platforms often take 30% and leave 70% with sellers. But instead of finding common ground, the conversation broke down.

When Kindness Becomes Ammunition

In the beginning, I tried to offer help and encouragement. I suggested seeking support and exploring solutions. But to my shock, those very gestures were later twisted and used against me in court.

It was heartbreaking to watch kindness turn into ammunition. What should have been an opportunity for collaboration instead became a lesson in boundaries.

The Toll of Trauma

The stress was overwhelming. Preparing for court documents made me physically sick. Sitting in the courtroom and hearing the story repeated brought nausea and exhaustion. For days I felt unwell, carrying the weight of an experience I never wanted to relive.

I never want anyone else to go through this. That’s why I share this story — not to dwell on the pain, but to raise awareness.

Patterns and Karma

Through it all, I was reminded of the deeper laws of the universe. When energy is imbalanced, cycles repeat — sometimes for generations. Whether we call it karma, ancestral patterns, or simply cause and effect, the message is the same: until healed, suffering repeats itself.

These cycles are not punishments. They are reminders that something higher is guiding us, urging us to clear what no longer serves. That is why ancestral healing matters: so our children and grandchildren inherit peace, not pain.

Turning Pain Into Awakening

In time, I found the courage not only to face the situation but also to find humor in it. Laughter really is medicine. The trauma that once crushed me became the very thing that cracked me open, leading to a massive awakening.

That was the day I surrendered. I asked, “Why am I here?” And in that moment of surrender, I realized: my soul’s journey is not just about surviving conflict, but about transforming it. I am here to love, to heal, and to remind others that they are not alone.

Final Reflection

This experience taught me a simple truth: chasing the snake will only drain us. Choosing to heal, on the other hand, frees us.

I share this story as a reminder that even the hardest experiences can be turned into growth, awareness, and awakening. May it inspire you to step out of cycles that harm, and to embrace healing that uplifts.

Thank you for reading. If this resonates with you, share it with someone who might need the reminder: healing is always stronger than chasing.
